Social Media Growth Specialist

General Qualifications

We expect you to have knowledge and working experience in the following subjects:

• Min 1-2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Advertising, Growth Marketing or Marketing Communications.

• Staying up to date on new changes to the web and actively reading several blogs

• Detail-oriented and having an eye for detail

• Dedication to quality and high level of follow-through

• Approaching problems proactively and solving in a professional manner

• Excellent time/project management skills

• Solid analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data

• Have an analytical mindset and believe in the importance of tracking metrics.

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Outstanding written communication skills

• Familiarity with excel and google sheets

• A fast learner with outstanding multitasking skills

• Passion for marketing and constantly trying to improve

Having experience in the following will give you an advantage: 

• Google docs knowledge

• Slack and Jira (or any project management tools)

• Hootsuite (or any social media management tools)

• Growth marketing or advertising agency experience

• Any digital marketing experiences

• Experience with Paid Media channels

Responsibilities

You would be responsible for the following tasks as a member of the growth team:

• Managing Kronnika and Kronnika Academy social media accounts

• Creating monthly social media plan and posts, scheduling them on Hootsuite

• Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

• Measuring the success of every social media channel and prepare the weekly/monthly/campaign-based reports

• Using tools such as Hootsuite, Invideo, Streamyard, Freepik, Canva etc

• Working closely with Head of Growth and supporting him on social media strategy and content marketing activities

• Analyzing competitors’ social media channels and taking actions by measuring social media metrics

• Helping build creative assets for email marketing campaigns

• Brainstorming for digital marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics

• Organizing social media contests at certain intervals

• Planning, organizing and moderating live streams and completing summary reports
